JaneyBaby by Baby Soy

Here’s something for your little monkey that will make you smile every time you see it for a few reasons. The JaneyBaby Collection by BabySoy was developed to support the Jane Goodal Institute and proceeds from the sale of the collection benefit the institute, too. Another reason to smile? Seeing this adorable chimp on your little monkey will make you and everyone in the room grin. I’m grinning right now just thinking about my little one wearing it.

The collection also includes a lynx, parrot, bunny, kangaroo and tortoise. No, not the typical animals for baby clothes but that’s another reason to love them. The images are by award-winning illustrator Patrick McDonnel and were featured in Dr. Goodall’s book “Hope for Animals and Their World”. Onesies and bodysuits are available as well as JaneyBaby organic coordinating pants.

The JaneyBaby collection is made from organic cotton and soybean fiber and printed with water-based ink.

Baby Soy + Ink + Wit = This Delicious Footie

There are so many reasons to love our new Baby Soy Kimono Footies. With luxurious organic cotton plus soybean fiber, they are super soft and comfortable. The kimono inspired design makes them a snap (literally!) for easy dressing and diaper changes and the fold over hand covers keep baby from unwanted scratching. But, the fabulous illustrations by Ink + Wit are what really make these footies special. Ink + Wit’s illustrations are both modern and whimsical with fun, contrasting colors. Pick an illustration of a dog, zebra and elephant. Each one is quirky and wonderful.

An Elmo Shirt for the Cool Kids

We’ve got the cool Elmo shirt reviewed by Cool Mom Picks! Like the cool mom who wrote the review, I’m no fan of licensed character clothing. I know my daughter would love to wear Disney Princess clothes, but I just can’t bring myself to buy them for her. (Okay, I broke down and got her one pair of pajamas, but at least she only wears those indoors.) But, the Organic Sesame Street Elmo Shirt by Kiwi Industries is designed well and has a great message. With the name “Elmo” in English, Japanese and Greek to symbolize all the countries that Sesame Street educates and entertains kids (160 countries, actually!), this is a shirt that not only looks good but also stands for something important. Check out our Organic Sesame Street Cookie Monster Shirt, too. Both shirts are also available as bodysuits for babies. See our Kiwi Industries collection here.

Kitten Hat and Gloves by Nirvanna Designs

It’s almost hat and gloves weather and I remember how difficult it was last year getting my toddler to wear hers. After the struggle of getting her coat on, I sometimes just forgo the hat and gloves in the interest of getting the heck out the door!

But, I don’t see any problem getting her to wear our new adorable Kitten Hat and Gloves by Nirvanna Designs. In fact, I have a strong feeling she’ll be wearing this hat and gloves indoors, too. And probably at the dinner table, in the bathtub (if only I would let her) and to bed? We’ll see. I think that would be okay.

Check out our frog hat and mittens, ladybug hat and mittens and monkey hat and mittens, too. Hat and gloves are made of wool with cozy fleece lining. See the collection here. Stay warm and have fun!

Mini Rotation’s New Tees are Twice the Fun

In the whimsical world of Mini Rotation, fish drive submarines, birds ice skate, bunnies clutch their carrots and snicker (ha!) and fire trucks are charming. You’ll find these images on our new Mini Rotation faux double-tees. Each one is a playful and cute way of bundling up this winter. The Mini Rotation tees are 100% cotton and will hold up to countless washings.

I love comfortable, casual t-shirts, so I couldn’t wait to get my hands on these. No matter how many cute dresses I get for my daughter, she ends up wearing her t-shirts the most. Check out all the new faux double-tees from Mini Rotation.
